Do you have free shipping?

We sure do! All orders over $100 have free shipping. For all other orders, it’s only $4.95 flat rate.

What if I need to modify my order?

To modify your order, please send an email to orders@getcolette.com or drop into our chat window in the bottom corner and one of our friendly associates will assist you!

What if I need to change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address mid-order, please contact us directly at orders@getcolette.com so we may assist. For new or existing accounts, you can update your profile at any time!

What is your delivery window?

Please allow 48-72 hours to process your order. All items arrive within 1-3 business days from shipment.

How can I track my order?

After completing check-out, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when orders have shipped. You can also check the “My Orders” tab under My Account for additional tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We recommend emailing us directly at info@getcolette.com to discuss as regulations for shipping CBD vary from country to country.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are partners with Square and their accepted forms of payment include: any US-issued and most internationally-issued mag-stripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.

Can I get a coupon or promo code?

You sure can! Join our email list and be automatically sent a coupon code. Be first in the know for future promotions and sales.

What is your return policy?

Colette will accept unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please send an email to orders@getcolette.com so that we may assist. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

How do I process my return?

We’re here to help. To process a return with Colette, email us directly at orders@getcolette.com with your Order # in the Subject Line. Our customer service team will take it from there and organize your shipment back to us, including a pre-paid label.

How long does it take?

We process all returns within 48-72 hours of receiving. We will notify you once your return has been processed (and refund payment, when applicable)
